Registration takes place online via TrackMaxx. The entire registration process is handled by TrackMaxx. By registering for the Snow Trail Arosa, participants agree to and undertake to comply with the “Event Regulations & Information” for the Snow Trail Arosa as well as TrackMaxx’s Terms and Conditions. Registration is binding.
Participants may transfer their starting place to another person for a fee of CHF 20.00, or change their entry to a different distance, online themselves. If changing to a shorter distance, the difference in entry fees will not be refunded; if changing to a longer distance, the difference must be paid.
Online registration for personalised race numbers closes on 28 December 2026 (midnight). Late online registrations are possible until 9 January 2027, 15 minutes before the start, although race numbers can no longer be personalised at that stage.
If a participant is unable to take part due to illness, accident or other reasons, the entry fee cannot be refunded or carried over to the following year. Participants are therefore advised to take out the organiser’s cancellation cover when registering. This allows for a refund of the entry fee in the event of illness or accident, provided that appropriate evidence (e.g. a doctor’s certificate) is submitted. The premium amounts to 10 per cent of the entry fee.
